Our Three Simple Steps to DOT Compliance

At ADTC, we make DOT compliance as easy as 1-2-3. All you have to do is complete the following steps, and we’ll take care of the rest! If you have any questions, make sure to reach out to our team to get the answers you need.

Step 1

Apply and take the pre-employment test

There are only a few requirements to become a consortium member:

Apply with your company information, contact information, employee list, and payment information.
Complete pre-employment drug test(s). If your employees have had a drug test recently (30 days) or are coming directly from another consortium, send us that documentation, and we will not require further testing.
Keep us updated on changes to your company, such as new employees or changes to contact information (don’t worry — we’ll send you reminders).

Step 2

When selected for a random test, complete it ASAP

We’ll run random selections based on the federal requirement for your company’s division. We’ll e-mail you if you’re selected and tell you what type of test you’ve been called for (drug only or drug and alcohol).

You can then schedule and pay for your test through our easy-to-navigate members-only portal, where we’ll send you the scheduling documentation for the most convenient testing location nearest you. A day or two after the test, you’ll receive the certified results in your inbox.

Step 3

Sit back, relax, and call us if you need any support

We’ll send you some certification records when you sign up. Then, every time we conduct a selection, we’ll send proof that your company was involved. We’ll also email the results if you take any tests. You’ll receive all these communications through your inbox, so file them away so they’re handy. But don’t worry — we’ll keep a record of everything and can help fill in any gaps.
